Installation & Setup
After your purchase, we get in touch and schedule a remote session. A technician connects to your computer via AnyDesk or TeamViewer, then installs and configures the software. The whole process usually takes 15-30 minutes.
We usually schedule a remote session within 24 hours of your purchase. On business days, we can often complete the installation on the same day.
You just need a stable internet connection and a remote desktop application installed (AnyDesk or TeamViewer – we'll send you the link). Your computer should have at least 8 GB RAM and roughly 50 GB to 750 GB of free disk space, depending on the software.
ISTA+ and Xentry run on Windows 10/11 (64-bit). ODIS also requires Windows 10/11. We do not support macOS or Linux.
The license covers installation on one computer. If you need an additional installation, contact us and we'll work out individual terms.
Yes, you need to be at your computer to accept the remote connection and provide a password if needed. The installation itself is handled by our technician – you just watch.
Interfaces & Compatibility
Yes, you need a diagnostic interface to communicate with the vehicle. For BMW, we recommend ICOM, ENET or K+DCAN. For VAG – VAS6154 or a compatible ODIS cable. If you don't have one, we can advise you on which to buy.
For newer BMWs (F/G/I series) we recommend ICOM Next or an ENET cable. For older models (E series), a K+DCAN cable is sufficient. Send us your model and year and we'll suggest the best option.
The latest version of ISTA+ supports virtually all BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce models – from the E series to the latest G series and new 2026 models.
ODIS supports all VAG Group brands: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Cupra, Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley.
License & Updates
The license is lifetime. You buy once and use it with no time limit. If a new version comes out in the future, we offer an upgrade at a reduced price.
No. The price includes the software, remote installation and technical support. The only optional fee is a future upgrade to a new version, if you need it.
The process is the same as the initial installation – we connect remotely and update the software. The upgrade usually takes 10-15 minutes and is offered at a reduced price for returning customers.
Payments & Returns
We accept BLIK, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay and Klarna (installments). Payments are processed by Stripe with full SSL 256-bit encryption.
Yes, we support installment payments through Klarna. This option is available during checkout.
Technical support is included in the price. If something doesn't work, just message us – we'll connect remotely and fix the issue. If we're unable to get the software running, we'll issue a full refund.
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Contact us after your purchase with your billing details and we'll send the invoice to your email.
Technical Support
Technical support is lifetime. If you have a problem six months from now, you can still reach out and we'll help.
During working hours, we usually reply within 15-30 minutes. After hours and on weekends, when we can. In any case, by the next business day morning at the latest.
Contact us and we'll help you transfer the software to your new computer. Migration is free as part of our technical support.
