1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone) when you use a website. We also use similar technologies that store data in your browser (e.g. localStorage); this policy applies to them accordingly. The operator of the Shop is DiagsoCar – Krzysztof Sokołowski, ul. Zawady 44D, 97-400 Bełchatów, Poland.
2. Legal basis and consent
- Necessary cookies, which are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (cart, checkout, security, your language and your cookie choice), are stored without consent (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC as implemented in national law; in Poland Article 399 of the Electronic Communications Law).
- Optional cookies (functional, analytics, marketing) are stored and read only after you give consent in the consent banner. Optional categories are switched off by default.
- Processing of personal data related to cookies is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Google Consent Mode v2
Until you give consent, the signals ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to “denied”. After you consent, the corresponding signals are updated to “granted”.
5. Managing your consent
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: (also available in the footer of every page).
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the shop from working properly.
6. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated. A significant change to the cookies we use will cause the consent banner to be shown again.
