What does the remote installation look like?

After purchase, we schedule a remote session. A technician connects to your computer via AnyDesk or TeamViewer and installs the software – it usually takes 15-30 minutes.

Do I need a special interface?

Yes, a diagnostic interface is required to communicate with the car – e.g. ICOM, ENET or K+DCAN for BMW, and VAS/ODIS cable for VAG.

How long does the license last?

The license is lifetime. You buy once and use it without any time limit.
